Cleavers (Galium aparine) is a traditional wild herb long valued in European herbalism for its gentle cleansing properties and its support of the lymphatic system.

At our land in La Garrotxa, this plant is carefully harvested with respect for the land and the rhythm of the seasons. After harvesting, the herb is slowly dried to preserve its natural character and botanical qualities.

The infusion is mild, fresh and slightly green in flavour, making it especially appreciated in spring when the body naturally enters a period of renewal.

A simple and authentic herbal infusion, deeply connected to nature and traditional plant knowledge. 

Preparation

Add 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water (90–95 °C).
Let steep for 7–10 minutes.

Enjoy 1–3 cups per day.
