For inhalation
Add a small amount to hot water and breathe in the gentle aromatic vapours. A comforting natural ritual when you have a stuffy nose or feel congested, and a beautiful way to enjoy the fresh aromas of lavender, sage, eucalyptus and chamomile.

For tired feet
Dissolve a handful in a warm foot bath and let your feet soak. The mineral-rich salt and aromatic herbs create a soothing, relaxing ritual for tired and hardworking feet.

How to use:
For inhalation, add 1–2 tablespoons to a bowl of hot water. Place your face at a comfortable distance, close your eyes and gently breathe in the aromatic vapours for several minutes.

For a foot bath, add 2–3 tablespoons to warm water and soak your feet for 10–20 minutes.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Use caution with hot water and steam.
